Swad Masoor Malka

Malka is decorticated (skinless) split lentil seeds. They are light pink in color and turn yellow when cooked. Masoor dal malka is probably the most commonly used Daal in India. Masoor dal are rich in fiber but lesser than the percentage present in whole and husked dals.
